Do you carry an inventory?
No we do not. We currently operate all of our sales on a preorder basis. Occasionally we will have extra product on hand and we will send out an email regarding that when it happens. We do keep some core items in stock from some breweries. Reach out to salesteam@mbfinewine.com to see what we have.
Can I do a permanent handle with one of your brands?
Yes, we have that capability with most core products from any of our brands. We can store kegs to keep your account in stock. Please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com.
I have a faulty keg or product. What do I do?
Please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com if you have a product that might be faulty and we can look at getting you a credit and/or replacement.
When will my order be delivered?
Check the Shipment tracker for the most up to date info on shipments, shipping can change in a heartbeat, but we try to stay on top of it. Once product arrives, it will be shipped out on your next delivery day (see delivery link)
Can I get specialty kegs for my upcoming event from one of your breweries?
With adequate notice of your event we can discuss with the brewery that you are interested in ordering for a specific date, don’t hesitate to reach out. Please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com with what you're looking for, we can do our best to try and get it for you!

Can you get beer from [insert brewery name here]?
We strive to optimize our portfolio, if there is a brewery you would like to see in AZ please email us at salesteam@mbfinewine.com to further connect with them.
I'm missing my product from my preoder.
First check the shipment tracker to see if anything was switched out or cancelled on your order. Next email salesteam@mbfinewine.com with what was missing and we will try to figure it out. Breweries often times short us, or cases come damaged causing out of stocks.
I missed the preorder cutoff! Is it too late for me to order?
With our designed preorder system, we cannot guarantee you will get the items you request, but there is a chance. Breweries often give us tight deadlines and make it challenging to change an order once it is submitted. Your best bet is to get the order in before the deadline. However, we understand things happen and we will do our best to help you out, please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com.
When do preorders typically go out?
Preorders usually go out every Monday at 8am, followed by a last call email on Wednesday mornings. Once in a while you will see an email go out on a random morning, but in general keep your eyes peeled on Monday Mornings for emails. Remember, everything is first come, first served and a lot of times breweries give us a finite amount of each items.
I haven't received any emails from you?
Please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com if you haven't received any emails or to make sure you are on our list. Also, please check your spam folder for our emails and add us as a contact to your email so we don’t go to spam. Your also welcome to use the contact form as well.
Is the price on the presale order form the final price I will pay?
Yes! The price you see on the presale order form is the price it will arrive at your account. There are no additional fees.
I have a bunch of empty kegs from your breweries, can I schedule them to get picked up?
Our drivers are trained to pick up empty kegs from all of our brands, but it gets a little difficult for them to keep track of all of our brands, so please let them know what kegs we need to grab. Most of our kegs don't have keg deposits so it's super easy for us to just grab them when we make a delivery. If you have questions please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com and we will get them picked up
Do you have any Non Alcoholic products?
Yes! We always have Busty Lush cans available in different variets in stock all of the time. Please email salesteam@mbfinewine.com. We also will have on occasion some non alcoholic beers and/or hop water from some of our breweries available to order on our preorders.
